Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Nexiffyy provides end-to-end software engineering (custom web development, mobile applications, SaaS systems, AI integrations) and creative media production (commercial video production, branding, digital marketing). Specific project deliverables, timelines, and milestones are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or project contracts.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of agreed fees, all custom code, design assets, and video files developed specifically for the client transfer to the client's full ownership.
• Pre-existing Code & Frameworks: Nexiffyy retains ownership of proprietary developer toolkits, starter libraries, and reusable internal components integrated into projects under a perpetual, non-exclusive license.
• Portfolio Rights: Unless governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Nexiffyy reserves the right to display completed client projects in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional media.

3. Payments & Milestones

Projects operate on milestone-based deposits and progress payments. Invoices are due upon receipt or within the timeline specified in the contract. Work on subsequent milestones proceeds upon receipt of the corresponding milestone payment.

4. Warranties & Support

We guarantee that all software deliverables will perform substantially in accordance with agreed specifications. Standard engagements include a 30-day post-launch warranty period to resolve any critical functional bugs or discrepancies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexiffyy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, cyber incidents, or business interruptions.
